Who am I?
Starting from Tuesday next week (17th March) Sefali will be covering the Self in detail!
Over the next six weeks all of the following and more will be covered;
– What is the Self?, Who are we?, Can we change who we are? How?
– Why do we feel a sense of Self?, What purpose does it serve?, Is our sense of Self an illusion?
– What does the cutting edge work in the fields of Neuroscience and Philosophy say about the Self?
– How much of any discontent we feel is caused by our view of the Self?
– How and why does our sense of self cause us to take things personally?
– Why do we feel the need for praise and acceptance and how does our sense of Self relate to that?
– How does our sense of Self relate our level of generosity and possessiveness?
– What is Mysticism? What useful knowledge do Mystics relate to us about the Self?
The classes will be highly practical in their focus.
Sefali will be teaching a range of very effective methods of meditation to help us develop a more enlightened relationship with our sense of Self.
The ultimate goal of the classes is to teach us ways we can become happier and more content with our lives and ourselves.
If you have ever wondered Who am I? How can I change who I am? Then these classes are for you.
The classes will be held at Heston Hall on Tuesday evenings starting at 8pm from the 17th March
We look forward to seeing you there!
