This is the yoga mat I use in my classes. It is the right thickness, very durable and easy to clean and carry. I have been using these yoga mats for the last 15 years in all my classes and can confirm they are very durable. It does the job and the price is very reasonable.
This is the bolster I use in my meditation classes and also in my meditation practice. I have gifted these as they make excellent presents. They are the right height to support a good sitting posture for meditation. It is easy to carry and clean and a very good price. They have different colours. Blue and burgundy are my favourite.
This is a great strap that I have started using for postural exercises. It is easy to tie and strap at the required length. It is great for lower body exercises, upper body workouts and for stretching and mobility exercises. This is relatively new to my equipment collection and I will definitely be incorporating this in my classes.
This is the stepper we use in our cardio classes for step workouts in Sefali’s Yoga studio.
It’s just as good as the other steppers we have used but it is significantly cheaper than
many others. Sefali also uses it in conjunction with stretches and postural exercises.
If you are heavier (like Dean) we would recommend a heavier stepper.
If your heavier and want a really sturdy stepper this is the one Dean uses and recommends.
These gloves are very highly rated and inexpensive. However, we don’t as yet have
any first-hand experience with them. The gloves are for children aged 4-9 years old.
I own the adult version of these gloves and I am happy with them.
Lonsdale is a respected brand so the kids ones should be good too.
The junior size should fit kids aged 11+ according to the reviews.
A cheap functional skipping rope. Best for kids as the handles are small.
It’s adjustable so good for all sizes.
We recommend this ball to students who want to work their postural muscles and do corrective exercises.
This is the tape we use for Breathwork exercises.
It’s fully breathable and comes off easily.
It’s a great tool to help make the switch from unhealthy
mouth breathing to healthy nose breathing.
We use these ladders in our conditioning class to help build quick, agile and well coordinated feet!
These are the ones I personally use and recommend.
