We often incorporate a short session of Burst training. Burst or High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a fast, practical and intense type of exercise.
It typically requires exercising at 90–100 percent of your maximum heart rate for 30–60 seconds, followed by 30–60 seconds of either lower intensity exercise or completely resting.
